Skyworld Curvo and Vesta Residences
Curvo Residences (Setapak) and Vesta Residences (Setiawangsa) are both 43 storeys high condominium. We did architectural and C&S modelling for Curvo. As for Vesta, we only did architectural modelling. Mainly for clash detection and coordination between all trades. We are in charge of preparing RFI s for BIM coordination meeting. Produce pipe sleeve drawing for consultants perusal.
Vesta has PPU to supply electricity to adjacent lot, thus it has big electric cables coming in where other services have to give way. Curvo has deeper transfer plate at level 3 where the services below transfer plate cannot connect from one end to another end (total drop of pipe will result in insufficient clearance at driveway).
